HONOLULU, Hawaii— March 4, 2014 Energy Industries Corporation (“Energy Industries”) today announced Larry Rodriguez, retired Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Central Pacific Financial Corp./Central Pacific Bank (NASDAQ: CPF) and former Managing Partner of Ernst & Young Hawaii was elected to its board of directors effective immediately.
Larry also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Ho’okele Health Innovations, LLC, Sennet Capital and Tissue Genesis Inc. and joins current board members Dennis Teranishi, Chairman of the Board, Maurice Kaya, Charlie R. Jones and Darren T. Kimura.
