Mid-Pacific Institute partnered with Energy Industries to achieve a 54% reduction in energy costs.

Energy Industries performed a lighting retrofit for Mid-Pacific Institute’s entire campus. In addition to upgrading lamps and ballasts, Energy Industries installed nearly 150 occupancy sensors. The overall energy savings totaled 319,000 kWh and $55,000 per year. These savings combined with a utility rebate of $35,571 will enable Mid-Pacific Institute to regain its investment in less than two years.
