Energy Industries achieved a 75% reduction in lighting electricity consumption for the ASSETS school.

The ASSETS School is a private K-12 school located in Honolulu, Hawaii. The 500-fixture retrofit included T8 lamps, magnetic ballasts, and de-lamping. Due to the 180,000 annual kWh savings, the $39,000 annual utility bill savings, and a utility rebate of $17,754, the payback was less than one year.
